Where did the author of this article get his facts? I expect more from the Derry News.

Half of the "facts" in the article are only partially true.

Come on guysand gals... do some research before publishing articles in your paper.

I agree with Mike, it's about time councilors Coyle and Fairbanks stopped trying to micromanage areas of town business that will have little or no impact on our tax rate and focus on the only thing that will. That is economic development. Stop chasing business away from Derry and work to get them in. If we don't build our business tax base no amount of bickering about contracts or whining about past perceived injustices will lower our taxes.

It was nice to hear that the Derry Town Council finally voted in favor of this contract. How unfair to try and exploit this contract and pass so many others in Derry without the same scrutiny. Mr. Coyle and Ms. Fairbanks should be ashamed at their behaviour. Mr. Coyle appears to reamin sore over his failed attempt at getting the firefighters in trouble with his "Attoney General investigation. Now maybe they can focus on econmoic development and Exit 4a.
